Swatch Color Ring - Formula Book
Formula book for over 180 swatch colors.
The #SW-Formula Book includes over 180 formulas for the #SW-SET swatch colors.
Formula Instructions:
1) Turn on scale (be sure scale is set to grams), place container on scale and reset to zero.
2) Select the color number from the back of the swatch.
3) Select tinting pigment colors to be used in formula. Example: a formula calls for (101) white, (130) red, (140) dk. Brown, (160) yellow oxide.
4) Determine finished volume size. ( 2oz, 4oz, 8oz, 16oz, qt)
5) Follow the accumulative gram formula weights using tinting pigments. DO NOT RESET SCALE AFTER EACH COLOR.
6) Determine clear base to be used, (2000) satin gloss, (2000M) matte no-gloss, or (2000H) hi-gloss.
Add clear base till scale weighs 752 grams. Mix well.
