A fine nylon mesh sprayed with a fiber coating to give added strength. Used for reinforcing leather & vinyl repairs. By putting a thin layer of repair compound on the surface, then a swatch of vinyl mesh, followed by a another layer of vinyl repair compound, you heat weld the repair together like a sandwich for strength and durability.
