38 - Dulling Agent
DESCRIPTION: A self-adhering water base flattening agent for logloss or nogloss leather and vinyl finishes.
FEATURES: White color (38) - Non-flaking or white spots - Easily incorporates by shaking or stirring - Minimal settling - Excellent adhesion properties, does not decrease adhesion properties of coatings - Excellent flattening properties.
APPLICATION: Add from 5% up to 35% to base coat color or top coat clear, depending on amount of flatness desired.
